B-b-b-b-bad, duh duh duh duh duh, Bad to the Bone!
Over the past couple weeks, we here at Myrtle Beach Website Designer have been working on one the baddest-ass sites I’ve ever made! In fact, I’m not sure I’ve described any of my site designs as “bad-ass”, much less “baddest-ass.” But anyway…
Angelo Argento is the owner of Silver Dragon Customs, the Best Custom Chopper and Custom Bike Shop in the Myrtle Beach Area! They focus on making custom bikes for the working man, primarily bikes under $20,000!
Angelo came to me a few weeks back to have me make him an awesome and yes, bad-ass, site to match his awesome shop. And so SilverDragonCustoms.com was born!
The main features of the site are as follows:

Here at Myrtle Beach Website Designer, we’ve got some repeat business!
As you may remember, we did some site design work for Jim Vandale, president of Water Doctors. Water Doctors is the place to go when you have a wind leak, water leak, or dust leak in your car, truck, van, minivan or any other vehicle!
When we did their last site, we did it for both their companies, Water Doctors and AM AutoSystems. Well, now those companies have officially merged, and Jim wanted us to completely redesign their website, consolidating the information from the two old sites and freshening up the layout while we were at it.
It’s really a cool site. If you want to learn how to fix the repair yourself, you can Go to Water Doctors On Demand and get all the info, including pictures and video, to fix your leak! Go to How it Works to find out how their system works, and go to Why Water Doctors to see what makes them better than their “competition”!
If you’d rather have a certified Water Doctors Service Professional fix your automotive leak for you, go to Water Doctors Locations to find the closest Water Doctor in your State or Province!
There are a bunch of other great pages, including a Testimonials, Press & Links, and a Military Page detailing how Water Doctors is helping our troops keep their vehicles leak free!
So let’s welcome back Water Doctors to the Myrtle Beach Website Designer family!

An exciting new development here at Myrtle Beach Website Designer!
We have begun a long-term design, development and promotional relationship with Stuckey Brothers, who are the leading providers of remanufactured automotive parts. Over the coming months, we will be working with them to design new websites, re-design their existing websites, develop new applications and systems for their sites and promote them using all the various SEO/Promotional/Link-Building means on the internet.
Our first work with the Stuckeys is on their Online Fuel Injector Store, InjectorWarehouse.com. Injector Warehouse is one of the largest online stores for any and all types of fuel injectors, from Acura to Yugo and every make and model in between.
Bottom line, if you need fuel injectors, then you need to go to Injector Warehouse!
We are in the process of taking their entire catalog of nearly 4000 injectors and converting it into a searchable, web-based catalog from which you can order any type of injector you would need.

Once again, a whole new type of website by Myrtle Beach Website Designer.
This one is for a Self Employment Consultant named Mike Curlee. Mike already had separate sites for his individual companies, Sunset Franchise Consulting and Money Time Happiness, so he wanted a site that would give him the branding he needed, and which also tied together the different aspects of his work.
So, we made a site that showcases his Franchise Consulting and invites you to Discover the Secret to Personal Development and Prosperity. There’s also a Contact Form so you can reach Mike and get your business started.
If you’re ready to Be your Own Boss, then it’s time for you to Talk to Mike Curlee!
So let’s welcome MikeCurlee.com to the Myrtle Beach Website Designer family!

Yet another new and exciting site by Myrtle Beach Website Designer.
This one is for a Car Detailing Company in Hershey, PA called Taylor Made Detailing. Ryan Taylor, the owner of the Company, contacted me to create a new website for him.
He had already had a site made through another company, but it was very basic and it didn’t have the professional look that his company deserved.
So, we made a site that showcases the Auto Detailing Services they provide, shows Testimonials from happy customers and gives their Contact Information. There’s even an Online Appointment Form to schedule car detailing appointments with them.
So let’s welcome TaylorMadeDetailing.com to the Myrtle Beach Website Designer family!

Another week, another new site by Myrtle Beach Website Designer.
About a week ago, I was contacted by Chris Wollin of Carolina Labor Solutions. They do REO trashouts, Foreclosure Cleanouts, Commercial Landscaping and all sorts of General Labor Services.
Anyway, Chris came to me because he wanted a quality website design, at a good price. Most importantly, he wanted a quick and efficient turnaround.
I made it in about a week.
To Chris’s credit, he had pretty much all the materials he wanted to be included on the site ready to go the first time we met, and he kept in constant communication with me as the site design progressed. As I’ve talked about before, the better the communication I can get from my client, the more quickly it can be made and the better it will look.
I’ll tell you this much: if Chris is half as efficient in his business as he was in communicating with me, then Carolina Labor Solutions has to be the best general labor contracting company in town!
If you’re in the Carolinas, and you need Labor Contracting, Contact Carolina Labor Solutions Today!

Well, we here at Myrtle Beach Website Designer have gotten busier and busier, which is great. But it means more sitting on the computer, and less…not sitting on the computer.
Also, I’ve been reading a lot about probiotics, and how they regulate your digestive system. And I’m not a big fan of cottage cheese.
So I’ve been looking for ways to stay healthy, without having to eat more healthy. While that, of course, is impossible, I DID stumble upon something called XoCai, the Healthy Chocolate.
You heard right, the HEALTHY CHOCOLATE!
Here’s some more info I found online about the XoBiotic Squares:
There are many natural functional foods in virtually every food group. As we all know, chocolate itself is a functional food if it contains sufficient antioxidants and flavonoids. However, it is now possible for manufacturers to create functional foods by fortifying and enhancing their products to give them added health benefits never before possible. A new growing segment of functional food is called “probiotics.”
Probiotic means “fit for life”, or “pro life.” Probiotics are living microorganisms which when administered effectively in adequate amounts confer health benefits. The adult intestinal tract is home to approximately 100 trillion microorganisms. More than 400 different bacterial species have already been identified in the intestinal tract.
First, in order to be effective Probiotics must contain bacteria which are resistant to stomach acids and bile salts. Secondly, the bacteria must have the capacity to compete successfully with the indigenous intestinal bacteria. So, either the bacteria must be protected by the use of encapsulation techniques, or new types of foods must be developed which offer increased protection for the bacteria. The key to the effectiveness of probiotic treatment is for the bacteria to be able to pass through the stomach and the small intestines reaching the large intestines with sufficient strength to colonize and flourish.
SHIME stands for “The Simulator of the Human Intestinal Microbial Ecosystem.” This in vitro system was created to simulate the activities and conditions found in the stomach, small intestines, and large intestines. This enables scientists to monitor the quantity of bacteria that survive the journey to the large intestines. And, it also enables them to monitor the development of the bacterial colonies in the large intestines.
According to the American College of Gastroenterology, 95 million Americans suffer from digestive problems. Some 60 million have heartburn, 50 million have irritable bowel syndrome, and 20 million suffer from stomach ulcers.
Many, many new probiotic products have been launched in North America and Europe. But, we have a distinct advantage. Chocolate appears to be the ideal delivery system for probiotics. Chocolate has been shown to be far superior to milk as a delivery system for Probiotics.
The Xoçai™ XoBiotic™ chocolate will be in the form of an 11-gram square and will deliver 1 billion microorganisms of two types— Lactobacillus Helveticus R0052 and Bifido Bacterium Longum R0175. These probiotics have been selected for our probiotic chocolate because of their stability in chocolate and their guaranteed shelf life equal to the shelf life of the chocolate itself, if properly stored as recommended for all Xoçai™ products (40*F – 75*F). By marrying the health benefits of dark chocolate with those of these two probiotic cultures, which have a positive influence on immune and gut health, we gain new opportunities with health-conscious consumers. Presently there are no approved health claims on probiotics in the US, until now!
Click Here for a Video about XoCai.
Since taking XoBiotic chocolate squares, both I and Bingles have noticed much better digestive health. And these things taste great; much better than that chalky digestive yogurt.
For those who are spending lots of money on probiotics, antioxidants and vitamins, you may want to consider taking these instead. Or if you just like dark chocolate, which is diabetic-friendly by the way, then this is the chocolate for you!
Note: I am not selling this product. I am not compensated for the sale of this product. I just like this product. Plus I want the hits to my blog for talking about it.

One of our clients, Exotic Pet Birds, is featuring parrot and bird info on their website. As a service to their site, we will be posting their features on our blog.
This feature will be on the Pionus:

8 sub-species
Pionus is a genus of medium-sized parrots native to Central and South America. Characteristic of the genus are the chunky body, bare eye ring, (which can vary in color), and short tail. They are similar to Amazon Parrots, but smaller.
Coloration is generally subdued yet complex; under bright lighting, their feathers shimmer with iridescent brilliance.
All species share a bright red patch of feathers under the tail; the scientific name of one species, the Blue-headed Pionus, (P. menstruus), refers to this. Males and females are similar, with no notable sexual dimorphism.
Pionus Parrots are regarded as excellent pets, although some species are very rare in captivity. Most commonly kept species are the Blue-headed, Maximillian (Scaly-headed) and White-Capped. Others, such as the Dusky and the Bronze-winged have become more common due to captive breeding.
Pionus Parrots are known for their quiet (compared to many other parrots) and reserved natures. Unlike some other companion parrots, aviculturists have noted that they are not particularly energetic, and do not generally enjoy hands-on play (for example, being flipped on their backs), but they do provide companionship and are described as gentle and charming pets.
When excited or frightened, birds of this genus emit a characteristic wheezing or snorting sound that is sometimes mistaken for a sign of distress, or a symptom of disease, but this is not necessarily the case.
